A special thank you to our partners

The personal touch that our staff are able to provide our residents and our strong commitment to providing the absolute best care available in today’s marketplace have an ever increasing price tag.  At the same time, state and federal dollars available to pay for care for those whose personal assets are depleted continue to dwindle.

This leaves us facing many challenges as we strive to do more with less.

We would like to thank those organizations that have become our partners. We not only appreciate their support,
but we also value their partnership with us as we move forward with our mission.

The Toro Company has offered tremendous in-kind support to Rakhma in the last few years,
and we are very excited to have them in our corner.

Our Executive Director, Janelle Johnson, was present at at special meeting at the KARE 11 studios
on June 9 to personally receive a donation from the Gannett Foundation, as recommended by KARE 11.
Present at the meeting were the President and General Manager, John Remes and the KARE 11
Community Relations and Human Resources representative, Sue Reimer.

We thank the Gannett Foundation and KARE 11 for their generous support and wonderful donation to Rakhma.

THE HARRY AND JEANETTE WEINBERG FOUNDATION, INC.

As stated on the The Harry and Jeanette Weinberg Foundation website, this foundation
has become one of the twenty-five largest private foundations in the United States.
Total charitable distributions worldwide for the most recent fiscal year exceeded one hundred million dollars.

We are very fortunate to have The Harry and Jeanette Weinberg Foundation as our partner and thank the Foundation for its great contribution to Rakhma.

Thank you to Bill Solboe

Music Mayhem Live

Bill, who is living in Minneapolis with his wife, Robin, and daughter, Samantha, has decided to use Music Mayhem Live as a vehicle to raise funds to find the cause and the cure of Alzheimer's and other dementia diseases. Bill is especially motivated to see this happen because his family has a history of Pick’s Disease, an early onset dementia disease.

Thank you, Bill, for your gift to Rakhma for our First and Second Annual Fundraisers!
